I took the CPR + First Aid course and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The instructor was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable, explaining everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The class was very hands-on and practical, which really helped build confidence to act in real-life emergency situations. I learned proper CPR techniques as well as how to respond to choking, common medical emergencies, and first aid for adults, children, and infants. The environment was well organized, the materials were up to date, and the certification was provided quickly. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to feel prepared and confident to help in an emergency, whether for work or personal life.
