I dropped off my vehicle and was able to collect a rental from the Enterprise counter at CSN itself, all in under 20 minutes. I was also given a brief tour of their state-of-the-art facility, which put me at ease and left me very impressed. I heard back from them after a couple of weeks, as they had reached out to let me know that original parts were being ordered as the initial aftermarket bumper approved by my insurance company did not meet their quality standards. The next week I was able to pick up my vehicle and was pleased by the paint match, workmanship, and professionalism. Even though I’m a bit of a sucker for attention to detail, my vehicles condition left me happy and satisfied.
