I had a controller with a button issue that I took in for them to repair and after a few days I got it back. They said there was a warranty (30, 60, or 90 days, I cant remember), so that if I had any issues I could bring it back and they would fix it. I took said controller on my trip to home for Thanksgiving and it still had the issue. So when I got back from the trip I brought it back and they happily took it back to fix it again. When it was ready I went to puck it up again, however, the button issue was not fixed, and there was now an issue with the left bumper. So awkwardly, I brought it back to ask once more and this time they fixed it. They told me it was an issue with the back plate of the controller, so they replaced the plate with one that they had lying around. The problem is that they replaced it with a broken back plate with the rubber falling off. When I brought this up to the person behind the counter she said, "Well if it really bothers you, you can always buy another." So I bought a new back plate to be put on and when I called to ask if they could put the new back plate on, Tyler said, "Yea we can do that for you, but I will need to charge you because you have already been in 3 times for free." At that point I just went to Geek Squad and they fixed it on the spot. For one, I did pay the first time I brought it in. Second, if something breaks on your your time or isn't fixed, when you offer a warranty, of course I am going to bring it back to be fixed. For me, a call to say, "We found the issue, but we will need a new back plate. We can order that for you and get it fixed," would be extremely appreciated. Everyone makes mistakes, it's just when people dont own up to it that it bothers me.

Had issues with my ps5, called the closest place to me. The owner of this establishment had actually fixed my ps3 overa decade ago. I recommended him then, and I still recommend him now. Excellent service, very quick turnaround, very knowledgeable. Five stars is not high enough for my satisfaction with this. Thank you sir!

Decent place for casual gaming. Was out of town for a week and went in to run my bg3 campaign. Its clean, nice vibe, dim lighting and was never hot with all the close bodies and machinery. Its a small space but imo its what give it its charm Decent 4.5/5

I love these people. They know their stuff, have low prices, and I couldn't ask for more. First, my kids+friendss broke the Nintendo switch and they fixed it. My kids broke it again (by jamming a broken game cart into the system) and they fixed it for free (even though it wasn't covered by the warranty). Now, I am shopping for a PC and they are SUPER helpful. Reasonable prices, good recommendations, and prompt customer service. These people are definitely enthusiasts, and great to work with. Highly recommended!!!

I had a great experience here! The HDMI port on our PS5 stopped working, so I looked this place up and was glad to see they were open late. I brought the console in, and the staff was super friendly. They had it repaired in under an hour for just under $200. Really appreciate the quick and helpful service—thank you!
