We had such an amazing experience at Diamonds Direct, all thanks to Allison. This was the very first place my fiancé, Raul and I visited when starting the ring shopping process, and from the beginning, Allison made everything feel so easy and exciting!!! I instantly loved the experience, but knowing myself, I wanted to shop around before making a final decision. After visiting two other stores, I realized nothing compared—neither the selection nor the customer service. We ended up going right back to Allison, and I’m so glad we did. She helped us finalize my absolute dream ring and made the entire process feel special and stress-free. Later on, Raul returned to purchase the ring with her, and she was just as helpful and wonderful throughout that process as well. I am completely in love with my ring, and I can’t thank Allison enough for her patience, knowledge, and genuine kindness. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit Diamonds Direct! Let's get married!!!✨💍

LOVE LOVE LOVED my experience!!!! I would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone considering buying engagement or wedding rings! They can customize almost anything to your liking and their products come in very high quality and with free lifetime warranty! Wendy, specifically, was amazing she helped me pick out EXACTLY what I wanted in a ring. She was also super friendly and professional, not only that, but she made our experience super fun!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Wendy and our entire experience. From the very first visit, Wendy made us feel completely comfortable, welcomed, and never rushed. We came in multiple times, and every single visit she was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect engagement ring. Wendy truly listened to what we wanted, remembered our preferences each time we returned, and took the time to educate us on every detail, from diamond quality and settings to what would work best for our lifestyle and vision. She never pressured us and never made us feel like we were “just another customer.” Instead, she treated this moment with the importance and care it deserves. After several visits, exploring options, asking questions, and refining what we were looking for, we finally found the perfect engagement ring, and it was absolutely worth the journey. The final result exceeded our expectations in every way. The craftsmanship, sparkle, and overall beauty of the ring are incredible, and knowing Wendy helped guide us to it makes it even more special. If you are looking for someone who is honest, patient, professional, and truly passionate about helping you find the perfect ring, Wendy is the person you want to work with. This was such an important milestone for us, and thanks to Wendy, it was a memorable, stress-free, and truly joyful experience. We would recommend her a thousand times over to anyone searching for an engagement ring or any meaningful piece of jewelry. Thank you, Wendy, for making this experience unforgettable!

Jared helped me with my watch and my Wife’s diamond ring sets, he’s a very nice and charming person , come to find out he was having a new born. We have become friends and if I ever need anything I will be sure to go through him, we are pleased with our time there and we get treated with royalty when we walk in. It’s definitely not a Rolex store where they make you feel like a peasant when you leave. Thank you Diamonds direct!

I had the absolute best experience at diamonds direct. Highly recommend asking for Jared or Sadee🤍 I worked w Jared the first day & got ideas of what I actually liked for a wedding band. He knew I was just shopping around & not looking to purchase that day. He ended up informing me of a HUGE sale coming up that saved us hundreds of dollars. We went back during the sale & worked w Sadee who help me design a unique ring stack & pair of earring for myself & fiancé! Everything was absolutely stunning. Thanks so much! We love it here!
