I had a number of watches that are between 20-30 years old, and needed new batteries, as well as determining whether they were still operational. First, I took them to a vendor that claimed to do watch repair, and I found out they really only deal with mobile electronics, and smart watches, not traditional watches like mine. I then found South Texas Jewelers and Jesse, and could NOT be happier with his service and enthusiasm. In less than 24 hours, Jesse and the team at South Texas Jewelers, were able to positively impact 7 of the 8 watches I brought in (the 8th they were waiting for a "specialist") which I am not only fine with, but totally applaud their diligence! Could not be happier with the service and personalities I met there, and cannot recommend anyone more highly!

I took my son’s necklace to South Texas Jewelers to get fixed. They took such great care of it and we got it back like new and sparkling clean! The charm was also bent and they were able to fix it for no additional charge. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Friendly, fast, and professional. My ring is over 100 years old and a very special family heirloom. I was worried about taking it in but they eased every anxiety of mine. I would recommend this shop 1000x over and will definitely come back to check out their amazing collection.
