I had an incredible experience working with April at Rialto Jewelry over the last year. We trusted them with our entire wedding jewelry process, and they delivered above and beyond. They took my family heirlooms and transformed them into a custom wedding band that means more than anything I could have bought off the shelf. They also took my mom’s diamond earring, turned it into a beautiful pendant for my fiancé, and incorporated her diamond into my wedding band, which made everything even more meaningful. I also customized my fiancé’s engagement ring and wedding band through them, and both pieces turned out truly stunning. April’s attention to detail, creativity, and genuine care made us feel like family. The craftsmanship, communication, and thought they put into every step made the entire experience special. My fiancé and I had the best experience working with Rialto. We went in after having gone ring shopping prior and I was so lost on what I wanted. April worked with us and I was able to pick out my dream setting and talk a little about changes I would want to make. My fiancé went in 8 or 9 months later to buy the ring and they still had our notes saved! If I’m not mistaken the owner also helped him and he had a lovely experience with both him and April. They had diamonds ready with the specs he wanted and my ring is truly stunning. Couldn’t recommend more!

If you are looking for the most beautiful selection of jewelry combined with the type of customer service that only a loving family owned business can offer then Rialto Jewelry is the place for you. I was there the other day waiting while my watch was being serviced and I saw a young couple in love come in to shop for an engagement ring. It was so nice to see the time and care they were given. It’s nice to know that some businesses like this still exist. I will never shop at a big box jewelry store as long this wonderful store is around. You are the best!!!

I can’t say enough about our experience with April & Luis at Rialto! My, now, fiancé proposed to me with my grandmother’s diamonds. We took it to Rialto for a custom design & OMG did they deliver. Even when we needed to take two of the diamonds out (they were cutting into my other fingers) they designed matching stud earrings. I am so in love with my pieces. April & Luis are so kind & personable that I feel like I’m talking to friends. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for such a big event or design. Thank you so much for the beautiful pieces & lovely experience
