April worked with us and I was able to pick out my dream setting and talk a little about changes I would want to make. If you are looking for the most beautiful selection of jewelry combined with the type of customer service that only a loving family owned business can offer then Rialto Jewelry is the place for you. I was there the other day waiting while my watch was being serviced and I saw a young couple in love come in to shop for an engagement ring. It was so nice to see the time and care they were given. I can’t say enough about our experience with April & Luis at Rialto! My, now, fiancé proposed to me with my grandmother’s diamonds. We took it to Rialto for a custom design & OMG did they deliver. Even when we needed to take two of the diamonds out (they were cutting into my other fingers) they designed matching stud earrings. I am so in love with my pieces. April & Luis are so kind & personable that I feel like I’m talking to friends. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for such a big event or design.
