My 10-year old loves manga drawing and needs professional help. Drawcademy is the best art school in Sacramento that provided genuine art education and it helped my daughter so much in the last two months. The instructor, Maddy, is very knowledgeable and she pours her heart into education. She provided generous advices, resources and feedbacks to her students, even outside the classes. My daughter found a number of other students who share her passion for manga drawing, which has motivated her to practice hard --a big plus for her growth. Each class focuses on one of the five fundamentals of drawing, with instructions and practices. Both adults and kids attend the classes. For anyone who wishes to improve drawing, I highly recommend Drawcademy.

Nate is extremely professional and you can tell he pours his heart into Drawcademy. I attended Drawcademy for four months and it was really exciting to learn a new concept every week. Other students are friendly and it is a very welcoming environment. No special skills are required, just the willingness to learn and joy for the art.
My daughter has been taking private art instruction from Nate since she was 8 years old, she’s now 15. Over the years, I’ve seen her artistic confidence blossom. Nate has a gift for meeting students where they’re at and guiding them with patience and encouragement. He’s helped her develop her own style and taught her solid techniques that she can build on.
