The team at Elite Coaching have always been friendly and welcoming! My twice-a-week workouts with Charles were never a chore — I actually looked forward to them! His extensive knowledge and expertly curated programming kept me progressing without burnout. After 6 months, I’m proud of the results I’ve achieved, and I know his patience, positive attitude, and loud cheers for my wins played a huge role in getting me here.

I had to opportunity to do a full 24 week program with Elite Coaching. Right away, going into my consultation and assessment I knew I was going to see results. My direct coach was Simon. I trained from Toronto, through an online link, once a week at 7am. But regardless of distance, it still proved extremely effective. I not only lost about 25lbs during my program, but I also gained a lot of strength, muscle and much needed motivation. I look great, I feel great, and training with Elite Coaching set me on the right track to make fitness part of my lifestyle and achieve my goals. Whatever Francois and his team tells you to do. You do! they will keep you on track, on target and the end results are proof of that. Is it worth the cost? Oh yes! You'll start seeing results in no time. I only wish for Elite Coaching to open a location in Toronto. They could get this city back on track!

- I had the privilege of visiting the facility almost a year ago as part of an advanced strength training course taught by a breed of incredibly knowledgeable coaches. One of whom, François, owned the facility and is a practicing member of a highly regarded training system and philosophy. I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to François and his wonderful staff for their hospitality and kindness in what was one of the greatest experiences of my professional career. If I were based in MTL I would definitely have loved to work alongside such a phenomenal team. Whether you're seeking knowledge in the form of results and/or training, or are a professional looking to advance your practice and skills as a trainer/coach, Elite coaching is undoubtedly THE place to be!
