We started at the bar during happy hour and had one traditional caipirinha and one passion fruit caipirinha—both were very good. We also had a great conversation with the bartender, who was very friendly. Around 4:30 p.m., we moved to our restaurant reservation. The pianist was seated behind our table, and I felt the live music was a great fit for the restaurant’s atmosphere. The meat served on the skewers was delicious, with great flavor and perfect doneness on every cut. The salad and appetizer bar was also very good. This was our first time visiting a Brazilian steakhouse in the U.S., and we left with a very positive impression. We have been to similar places in our home country (Mexico), and we can definitely say the quality of the meat here is better.
If I could leave no stars I would. We went to celebrate my sisters birthday and to honor our mom who recently passed as it was one of her favorite restaurants to go to the manager even asked about her when they saw us. The service from waitresses however was terrible. We asked for refills and never got them. They didn’t sing happy birthday even though they said they would and they offered that experience as we had said we were celebrating my sisters birthday. The servers were extremely rude and not attentive at all. I could compile an entire list of the issues we experienced during our dining experience. Brought out the birthday dessert mid service of the rodizio. Cleared our table and brought the check before we were even finished and we voiced we weren’t finished yet we felt like we were being pushed out and rushed through our meal. We got asked if we had requests and when we asked for specific items we wouldn’t get them brought to us. We felt like after thought customers as we saw others around us getting sung happy birthday, getting great service and attentive. It wasn’t even very busy which is why it’s so disappointing and we don’t feel we owe grace from this experience at all. We got asked about leaving a tip and we didn’t because our service was so terrible. We loved going here with our mom but we will highly reconsider coming back after how we were treated after this.
Our Christmas Eve dinner at Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional and truly set the tone for a memorable holiday evening. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, festive, and welcoming—impressive on such a busy night. What truly elevated this experience was the outstanding service and genuine care shown by the staff, especially General Manager Darland and hostess Alexander/Key. Their attention to detail and compassion made a meaningful difference for our family. My sister is hearing impaired, and dining out—particularly during the holidays—can sometimes be overwhelming. Alexander/Key was incredibly thoughtful and patient, ensuring clear communication and making sure my sister felt comfortable, respected, and fully included throughout the evening. Darland’s leadership and professionalism were evident every step of the way. He personally made sure my dietary restrictions were clearly understood and strictly adhered to, which allowed me to relax and truly enjoy the meal without any worry. That level of attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated, especially during a packed holiday service. The food itself was outstanding—perfectly prepared meats, a beautiful salad bar, and a steady flow of attentive service that never felt rushed. Every detail reflected pride, care, and a commitment to excellence. What made this Christmas Eve so special wasn’t just the incredible food, but the kindness and intentional hospitality we experienced. On one of the busiest nights of the year, we never felt like just another table. Instead, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Thank you to Darland, Alexander/Key, and the entire Galpão Gaucho team for creating such a thoughtful, inclusive, and memorable holiday experience. We’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this restaurant to others.
Food was really good and service was excellent. For the price of weekday lunch is $57 including the golden steak , salad bar and seafood plus various cuts of meat
We went here for my wife's birthday. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Elisnara was so fantastic and attentive I don't think we had anything empty the whole time. The manager Darlan was so awesome. We definitely will be coming back. Will be sending all of our friends and family here.
