Went to this store in my lunch hour, I wanted to buy a ring and I was approached by Rachel and she was so lovely and friendly, so very helpful. I had to return to the store a few days later with the ring as the size was incorrect, I went across to another lady for help but as soon as Rachel seen me in store she came straight over and again was just so friendly, she even cleaned a ring I had taken in of my partners to she her the ring size.
