It’s a beautiful store but not very wheelchair/rollator accessible. Especially in the back aisle with the gifts and self help books which only has room for one person- and with a mobility aid you can’t even turn around.

Drove 40 mins to get here before they close at 7pm(as indicated online). Got here 6:15 and they are shut. Lady at the counter would not make eye contact with us. Would be great if you update your hours online.

DONT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE. I ordered and paid for express shipping. Still hasn’t arrived and they don’t respond to your emails. WHAT A DISGUSTING SERVICE. I would like my money back

Lovely bookshop, but the tall younger lady at the counter when I made a purchase was unfriendly and dismissive. The girl who helped me in the kids section (a different younger woman) was lovely and helpful. Great book selection however
