From the time we went into the store, looking for a lounge, we were greeted like old friends. Very helpful when we were choosing, not pushy. Excellent service, updated from the time we ordered our lounge, till it was delivered. Would highly recommend Plush. Five stars

Buying my new lounge suite was a very good experience. There was a good range of choice. The staff member was helpful and informed , and the price was within my budget. I was kept informed as to the delivery and given enough notice to arrange for the removal of my old suite. I was informed of the time for delivery and that was met. They were polite, helpful, assembled it quickly and tidily. Removed all the waste efficiently. I am delighted with the colour and the appearance in my room.

We received a beautiful lounge from Plush. It is well made and comfortable, and the leather is very soft and excellent quality. The sales assistant at the Kotara showroom was more than helpful; he was informative without ever being pushy. It arrived when they said it would and the men who delivered and assembled it were careful, polite and full of humour and fun. We couldn’t be more pleased with it.

Lounge really comfortable and great recliners. We got 3 recliners together and a single snug chair. Delivery was pretty easy. Took a while to get the order due to delays with cargo shipping, but app was helpful and staff confirmed date closer to time
