What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Kelly went out of her way to help us and nothing was too difficult for her. She helped us choose a lounge and bed with extreme knowledge and professionalism. Through the whole experience we were treated with a lot of help and care and delivery happened exactly on time. The two young men who put our bed together were polite and considerate and completed the task quickly. A great experience and a special thank you to Kelly in Kotara.

Amazing experience from browsing the store, purchasing beautiful pieces to delivery and set up. Very helpful staff in the Kotara store. Natasha was fabulous helping me decide on the perfect pieces. Delivery and set process amazing. The guys bought everything in, assembled and placed in position then took all the packaging. A wonderful experience from begin to end thank you 🙏🏼

Really pleasant, friendly and professional service from the two ladies at the Kotara store. Couldn’t have been more helpful. The added bonus was the generous discount on the Hampton double bed I purchased which was delivered and installed today. Looks great. Would definitely revisit the Kotara store in the future if I wax considering purchasing any other items.

Very happy with Ally at OzDesign Kotara in spending time in designing and choosing material for our lounge and reclining chair. Furniture made to measure to meet our needs. Furniture made and delivered within 4 weeks. Highly recommend.
