10/10 experience with Hi Mike Hi Tech! I had a MacBook that needed serious fixing than originally thought. I thought my laptop was a loss and was going to have to buy a new one, but he didn’t give up on it! I was kept updated throughout the entire process and he eventually was able to fix both the screen and firmware. Now I have a fully working laptop for my business again, thank you so much!

Hi Mike Hi Tech provided exceptional service on the laptops he repaired for me. He arrived on time, clearly explained the work he planned to do, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, including any issues he discovered. He even followed up after the repairs to make sure everything was working properly. I did have one minor issue with a power cable, and he resolved it quickly and without any hassle. I waited to write this review until I had time to evaluate the quality of his work and I can confidently say I have zero complaints. I 100% recommend his services.

My experience with “hi Mike, hi tech” was amazing, for a business as a whole the creative advertising saved my life in a moment a few months back where I was clueless on what to do with a newly prebuilt pc I had gotten that simply wouldn’t work in any case what so ever . As soon as timing was right we gave Mike a call and he was straight to the chase with helping out. The professionalism and time he took out to help me with my situation now provides me an opportunity to not only start up my gaming career but truly discover what is out there for me. Within a matter of a few days he visited my household , instantly noticed the issues with my pc , took it to his shop to fix it , and delivered right back to my desk with the help of finishing the set up . I am very impressed and more than happy with my experience. I highly recommend him and his business especially as a small business owner myself, we gotta have each others support/backs . My daughter smashed her computer screen i sent a message to hi tech and mike responded within minutes about this issue. He came to pick up her computer walked me through everything he found with pictures. Within 3 days the computer was fixed and he even dropped it back off! Excellent service will be going back with any computer issues we have! Also reasonable priced.
