My sister booked us a surprise session here at the studio, and the staff were SO incredibly friendly… the class was so much fun. I did not notice this hidden gem existed in Colorado Springs… otherwise, I would’ve been here sooner! We are so happy we did this and cannot wait to come back. ❤️🙏❤️

Warm yoga was absolutely wonderful. My instructor was such a beautiful soul. Even with carrying a child for another family, she led the class with such grace & was able to support our practices & demonstrate other moves to enhance our stretches. We even received warm, lavender towels & she was so mindful of our individual journeys. I feel so aligned & can’t wait to come back!
