Hot vinyasa did not disappoint. Amanda is a high spirited, tireless & intuitive instructor, kicked my butt in the kindest way. Got everything I needed here and more.

Love Susan's Vinyasa class and am looking forward to some traditional hot yoga. Everyone that works here is very warm and welcoming. The only negative about this gym is that classes are often overly crowded, so much so that my mat was only an inch or two away from my neighbors.

This place is the best. The best instructors, the best classes, the best music. A great variety of workshops and special classes too. I've been doing yoga for about 8 years, but walking into some studios, sometimes I feel like an idiot, like there's weird unwritten rules I don't know about, no one's talking, it's just kind of pretentious. I have never felt like that at Praxis, and I've gone far outside my comfort zone (I lift weights and do hot yoga now?? This place is a gateway, consider yourself warned). The vibes here are welcoming, empowering, and a tiny bit salty.
