I was leery of going to big box outlet like Geek Squad. In my experience , there just isn't that personalized approach or investment in caring for the customer. Found Idaho PC Solutions thru recommendations on Next Door. Had an issue with our desktop and the cursed Windows 11 upgrade. Jason responded promptly to my request for a quote and getting this fixed. He even came and picked up the computer from our home, fixed the issue, dropped of on the same day. Reasonably priced. Especially with same day pick up and drop off! Would definitely work with this company again.
