Frida and the crew were a great service and small business! Very open availability and were very accommodating. Great atmosphere and very laid back. They helped out with a simple minor PC issue for a great price. I definitely recommend them over the nearby choices!

Northwind is THE BEST! They always respond quickly and often they can just "hop on" remotely and fix our problem right away. We've used them for years and years and have no complaints.

I highly recommend Northwind! Freida (sp?) was amazing! My laptop had viruses/malware and Freida was able to take care of those things (and improve battery life) within 24 hours at a very reasonable price. (Way cheaper than the big box stores.) Would definitely use their services again! A+A+A+A+A+

The guys at Northwind helped me diagnose a failing external bulk data storage. David the owner literally pulled a magic trick...the best way I can describe it...even the other employees were impressed. He hit the reset button and laid his hands on the drive housing like a faith healer...and could tell just by feel what the drives were doing via the vibrations. In the end they helped me get the drive back up and determine that I should replace it and move my bulk data asap. Fast, professional, and very experienced. Would recommend.
