I’ve been training with Mikey for about 6 months now, and it’s honestly been amazing. His classes have helped me so much both physically and mentally — I’ve lost about 12 pounds, built muscle, and feel stronger and more balanced overall. I spend so much time in front of a computer that I really needed accountability and a reason to move my body, and this has been the perfect solution. The workouts are fun, super convenient since they’re in my building, and Mikey is always flexible with my work schedule. If you are looking for a safe place to work out and have a great time, there is nowhere better than MLC with Mike. I have never been happier to go to the gym than since I started with MLC. Beside providing the finest work out based on what you need and physical constraints, Mike always takes the time to explain and teach you the proper way to do it and why. I can definitely say Mike is helping me becoming the best version of myself by challenging me while being incredibly nice, caring and supportive. He is offering a lot of option, and every single one of them is amazing. From semi private session to group classes, everything is fun, stimulating, motivating and people you met are just as wonderful. Favorite place to be at every week. I can't recommend it enough, just come and see for yourself you will not regret it !
