We decided to try LongHorn Steakhouse since we usually go to Texas Roadhouse. First impressions were great , the manager came over and was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service after that didn’t match. Our waiter seemed rushed when taking our order and never came back to check on us , not once. No follow-up on how our food was, no drink refills , we had to ask another server for help. To make things worse, another guest was seated very close to us with a strong odor, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal. My wife’s wine also tasted off, like it may have been old. It’s disappointing because the food started out really good, but the overall experience made it hard to enjoy. We were really hoping for better.

I love coming here but its so much better when the girl with the green jeep works. I forget her name but I remember the jeep. She should be the standard for service. There was not a condiment missed or a cup empty. I will say the only downfall is waiting to be seated. When you come in from time to time there's not a host present at the door. Then people walk by you without even saying "hello someone will be with you in a minute". That is the only critique I have. Get the steak, Brussels sprouts and ask for the green jeep lady.
