I had a great experience working with these folks, my point of contact was Hank and boy not only he's great to work with but he also owns the process from end to end, so even with mistakes you have 1 point of contact that will make things right. The quality of work is stellar, right after the roof installation, we had torrents of rain and it help up perfectly fine, with no leaks!

They did roof replacement for our community a year ago. Competitive and fair price, professional work and on time. Later we had emergency leak issue caused by clogged drain (not their problem, not cleaned properly by other vendor) and they come super fast to help fix it. Definitely recommended.

Being an engineer myself I am extremely picky when it comes to working with contractors, I am glad Guillermo Romero at Master Craft Roofing has been extremely pleasant to work with. They did a perfect job, old and new roof photos attached, and their quote is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

As part of replacing our roof solar system we were looking for a roofing company to do whatever work was necessary to make sure that the roof is in good shape for the next 30 years. In addition to the roofing company recommended by our solar installer we also contacted Master Craft Roofing and two others. Rick responded immediately, came by to look at the roof, gave us his recommendations, discussed our concerns, answered all our questions and sent us a quote. Based on this experience and many positive reviews we chose them for our project. Master Craft Roofing had to coordinate with our solar installer to schedule the different project phases from removing the old solar modules to the tile roof lift and re-lay with replacement of the underlayment and finally installation of the new modules. We were a bit worried to have contracted with two different companies for different phases of the project. But that worry was unfounded. They worked great together and there was no finger pointing or issues of any kind. We are very pleased with the outcome. Our roof looks like new after they power washed the tiles. The new underlayment keeps the attic and the house cooler during hot days, and we are confident that we won't have leaks for a very long time. But in case there are, we know that we can count on Master Craft Roofing to take care of it. Working with Rick was a pleasure. He kept us informed at all times, quickly answered any questions that came up, and was flexible to make changes on the fly like replacing the existing attic vent with a new unit. He made sure that the end product was meeting and even exceeding our expectations, even if that meant some extra work on their part. The entire crew was very impressive. They showed up on time, worked diligently, were friendly and respectful, and cleaned up before leaving. We couldn't have asked for more. I feel that the price Master Craft Roofing charges for their work is very fair. They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive among the quotes we received. They are providing high quality work at a reasonable price. And they are great to work with during planning and implementation of a project. Highly recommended.

I've been searching for a quality roofing company. I chose Master Craft Roofing because they have great ratings, and use GAF roofing materials that are superior to others. They have experienced crews that know what they're doing. Guillermo is the product manager and is a great person to work with. I'm very pleased with their work!
