My roof developed a leak during a series of storms. Not good. I called several roofing companies - Miles at R E was the only one who returned my call. Then, he had a crew out to my house in less than four hours. They diagnosed and repaired the roof and skylight in less than two hours. Today, another atmospheric river storm is blowing through the area. No leaks. Many thanks to R E Roofing for their outstanding customer service and quality of work.

I’ve used RE Roofing’s services on 2 different occasions. Once for replacing old skylights and second time for replacing the entire roof with shingles and integrated solar. Both times, working with Miles and his crew was great experience. Miles is very good at listening to customer concerns and coming up with solutions that are agreeable to all parties. Our second project was a bit more complicated with another GC involved in reframing the roof for new skylights, so a lot of coordination was required. Miles worked with the GC to figure out the best path forward. Due to several projects in the mix, I saw less of Miles during my second project than before, which occasionally caused some communication challenges with the crew, but things were still addressed to our satisfaction. I would use RE Roofing again without hesitation for any future roofing and solar needs.

RE Roofing replaced our roof a couple of months ago and we’re extremely happy with the work they did! From the beginning, Miles and Jodie, the co-owners, were friendly, informative and helpful. We sought out several bids and theirs was very competitive and made the most sense for us. We were impressed with how knowledgeable and detail-oriented Miles was and what we would get for the cost. We didn’t think we could afford a solar roof but he demonstrated that the solar tax credits we were eligible for brought it well into the range of our budget. Once the work began, we found the workers to be fast, efficient and obviously highly skilled professionals. The solar roof we got was the GAF Timberline roof. There was a mix of Re and GAF crew. Ahmad, the supervisor of the GAF crew, needs a particular shout out because he was unbelievably competent and helpful. His guidance of the installation was superb and he had excellent customer service skills. A few months on and the roof is flawless and very attractive as well. No problems whatsoever during all the recent rainstorms! Though it hasn’t been consistently sunny yet we’re already seeing our electric bill being impacted by the solar energy we’re producing! We’d highly recommend Re Roofing!

Miles and the team at R E Roofing are exceptional. Super pleasant people to work with, all of whom are professionals with high standards and superior work ethics. They installed our new roof in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost, while undertaking siding and venting repairs in the process that left our 45 year old house looking gorgeous. Not only would I recommend R E Roofing to anyone in need of a roof replacement or repairs, but they will be the only one that we call in the future should we have any more roofing needs.

R.E. Roofing installed a new 50 year composition shingle roof on our home about 5 years ago. At that time we worked with Miles Proctor, who gave us sound advise and an excellent quote. We are happy that we choose R.E. Roofing to install our new roof as they did a terrific job, using high grade materials and cleaned up every day they were at our house. Fast forwarding to the present, we experienced a small leak during the recent chain of atmospheric rivers. Miles came to our home promptly and discovered the cause of the leak and sent a man out the next day to caulk the flashing on our chimney. That fixed the problem and it has not reoccurred. Miles also spotted another issue on the roof. He came out himself and fixed that problem as well. There was no charge for this work. Few roofing companies are as responsive during a major rain event as R.E. Roofing. Would we recommend or use R.E. Roofing again? You Bet we would! John
