Easily the best ramen in Memphis, and one of my favorites from anywhere I've been! Their tonkatsu ramen is delicious and is a very healthy serving for about as much as a Big Mac meal! The broth is filling and rich and and their tonkatsu pork is tender and flavorful, like pork adobo. If I could, I would have this everyday. The restaurant is well-themed, comfortable, and conveniently located in the great neighborhood of Cooper-Young. The owners run the shop extremely well! The service is quick, friendly, and authentic. The owners are incredibly nice. They always remember my wife and I and have been so generous to us and other repeat customers! If you live in Midtown and you haven't been here, you have to try it. This will be a Midtown anchor and dining pillar like Mulan was. For anyone else, this is totally worth a trip to eat. Nothing else will hit the spot quite like their ramen once you've tried it.

I ordered Nagoya House on Uber eats. It was really delicious and had generous portion sizes. Will definitely order again! I wish I got pics before I started eating.. but it was just too good!

I ordered the house salad, fried chicken buns, and the shio broth with GF noodles and tofu. I rounded this out with a Sapporo beer. From time to entering the restaurant to eating was less than 15 min. Great service, excellent food, and it won’t break the bank. I am so happy to have found this gem. Owner says they opened about 6 months ago; I hope they stay. We just got a house in the area and this was a great find. Plan to be a regular and work my way through the menu.

🍜Love the food is 10/10. Absolutely mind blowing in flavor and great pricing for such nice 🏯 Atmosphere is clean, well kept and quiet. I like the decoration, but not a lot of "private" seating. ⏱️For such good food the time it takes to prepare is Very Long. If you're in a rush I'd go elsewhere if u have at least 1 hour to burn its a great spot.
