You can really tell an amazing coach from one that is just reading a script, and Tashon is a high level coach with many years of experience, this was evident from the moment I walked in. Him and his wife deliver an experience unlike any other and the class was personalized and small.

Nancy and Tashon offer a holistic approach to fitness that will transform your life in every aspect. They are true professionals who know when to push you, but also when to pivot towards recovery/preventative practices. Their level of care is unparalleled. Working with them has absolutely transformed my life in every aspect.

The team at ORIGINAE truly changed my life! The attention to detail, care and empathy, and focus on both mental and physical strength has helped me reach new physical feats I could never have imagined. I've had the honor of working with the team for personal training and group classes (both boxing and jump rope). I always feel so energized after a class - even after Tashon or Jae totally kick our butts with an epic workout! Appreciate all they are doing for the community while bringing such a special approach to boxing in New York City!

10/10 experience. Vibe: The moment my girlfriend and I entered the the studio we were welcomed by Nancy with a big smile. Studio was super aesthetic and clean. As Nancy was wrapping our hands she was giving us the run down and what to expect to make us feel more comfortable which was cool. Studio was spacious and at the perfect temperature. Class: Tashon was a great instructor, he was super lively and communicative of what he expected from us and pushed us to our limit. The class was designed really well from start to finish starting from warm up, footwork and slowly increasing intensity to hitting the bag with combinations Tashon taught us. This was such a fun class to do as a date or just going solo because you meet so many other people who are cool and share the same interests. Music: probably the most important part… the playlist was fire, every beat was matched to every punch and the music got you fired up. Overall, Tashon and Nancy run a great class and are extremely down to earth and you can tell they love to meet new people and share their knowledge.
