I bought the Bronte and it is exactly what I was hoping for. So many cuddle and lounging spots to share with my partner and our 2 dogs. I love it! So happy. Only problem is the dog hair so it is covered is sheets lol. The service was excellent, everything was so easy. Highly recommend

We’re so happy to be returning to Our Furniture Warehouse after 8 years, and once again the quality has been absolutely amazing. High-quality furniture as always! A huge thank you to Chloe for helping us select furniture for our new home — including our sofa, dining table, coffee table, TV unit, and more. She took so much care in explaining her thought process for each piece, with incredible attention to detail, which made the whole experience feel thoughtful and stress-free. Honestly, we wouldn’t have been able to do this without her support. She was patient, knowledgeable, and even worked out a great deal for us. Highly recommend both the store and Chloe. She truly went the extra mile to help us find a Brazilian leather sofa and ceramic furniture that suited our space beautifully, along with matching accessories that tied everything together so well. Although their fabric sofas are honestly very comfortable, I cannot recommend them or vouch for their quality/durability. We had a poor experience with our sofas and delivery. We bought 2 new sofas in early 2025. When they were first delivered, one of them was the wrong colour. We eventually received the sofa in the correct colour not too long after. However, within 6 months of having them, stitching opened up in multiple areas across our sofas despite our normal and fair use. We flagged these issues with OFW, who kindly offered to replace the faulty sofas with new ones without hesitation. Sadly the exact same issue occurred with the replacement within 3 months, even though they apparently had better build quality. We ended up refunding them since we lost confidence with their products. The customer service team were very kind and helpful, as were the delivery team who were very understanding and friendly. The 2/5 rating is for the comfort and great service.
