Olivia was the nurse… her personality was so sweet & friendly. I don’t know the female doctor’s name but she had long blonde hair & did all the right things to get me feeling better… Physicians Urgent Care is the place to go!

The front desk person named John was very rude and not helpful at all. Gave me an attitude from the second I walked in. Will not be coming back to this location ever again. I had an appointment, and from the very beginning he acted like I wasn’t supposed to be there and he had no time for me. He gave me false information which I had him go ask the physician about and he came back and confirmed that I was correct. John needs to do better and their hiring team needs to seriously consider finding better people.

The ease of scheduling and appointment was unbelievable!! Once you get there, whether you have ever been there before, is quick and easy!! The receptionist was polite,friendly and helpful. The nurse was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The physician’s assistant came in and established an instant rapport, diagnosed my symptoms and established what she felt was the best direction to go to solve my illness 😁! I would recommend physicians urgent care to anyone who can’t get in to see the family doctor quick enough to solve your illness 👍🏼

I rarely write reviews. We have now been to Physians Urgent Care four or five times and every time it has been such a good experience. They have multiple locations and extended hours. The billing is very straightforward and the staff is pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. The first time we went to this particular urgent care I had taken my daughter to a different urgent care that day. . At this other urgent care there were two other people in the waiting room and we waited about 45 minutes before we were called back. After an additional 30-35 minutes of sitting in a room and no one, not even a nurse coming in , we left. We found Physicians Urgent Care was nearby and open so we went there. It was the complete opposite experience of the first place. I have since sent other family members there and each has had the same good experience.

Not that anyone wants to find themselves in this situation, but I did have to visit this place while on vacation here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Then the doctor came in and was so kind and informative. I felt valued and cared for. I believe his name was Dr. David Bloom. Thank you for such a smooth visit. And I did choose this place over the others solely because of their reviews. They are well deserved.
