Upgrade is nice but they need to do a better job sanitizing and cleaner this gym. Bathroom and shower haven’t been clean for months! I see staff using a “duster” to sweep the treadmill. I wasn’t aware PF is a furniture shop, this just caused the dust to be up in the air. This can’t be good for people who are breathing hard when exercising. Not sure if this is their way of cleaning. Never have I seen anyone clean or wipe down the bathroom, showers, sink or toilet. On top of that, homeless people often comes here to shower.

I feel at home here, the staff is super kind, attentive and friendly. Anthony, one of the gym’s trainers is helping me to create my routine focused in what I need, he’s professional and patient with me to make sure I’m doing things ok. Amazing! I’m really happy with the gym and it service. PS On top of that everything included on your membership ✨🙌🏻

Greatly improved location. Much cleaner than it was for years. Good location. Hard working staff. It’s paid off. Some of the customers here are awful. Sit forever on equipment staring at phones. Or just mentally off balanced. Very midtown west. And a reminder: locks on lockers can’t keep thieves out in any gym. Do not put anything of value in your locked locker. It will be stolen. Especially in midtown west. Only drawback. Slugs that sit forever on the equipment and stare at their phones. Happens a lot here.

The recent upgrades to Planet Fitness locations, including the addition of enhanced equipment, are highly appreciated, as they significantly improve the range of machines available to patrons. As a dedicated weightlifter, the availability of heavy-duty equipment is a particularly welcome development. However, the functionality of the water fountains at this specific location requires immediate attention, as they are currently non-operational; aside from this, the facility meets expectations.
