I’ve been training with Mark since March 2017; Mark was recommended by my Chiro as I have trouble with bulging discs in my lower back. I have been having sessions with Mark on his Pilates Reformer machine for just over a year now. I had been suffering with pain in my hip for a couple of years which had forced me to stop running and even long car journeys and sitting for periods of time at my desk at work was causing a lot of pain. I had been to a couple of physios and had a biomechanical assessment undertaken but felt I was not getting anywhere and then a friend suggested I try Mark! One of the best suggestions I have ever had! Mark very quickly identified what the issue was and explained this very clearly to me and how the reformer would help. Even after the first session something felt different and within a few sessions I could not believe the difference and how he had helped me change the way certain muscles were working. Mark is a very attentive trainer and takes interest in you as a person. I am now back running and will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon soon which I couldn’t have imagined this time last year! I cannot recommend Mark enough.
