I really love this gym because, first of all, it is very clean, has convenient and high-quality equipment, and the entire staff is extremely friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming and supportive. The pricing is also very reasonable, and there are many additional options available. The infrared sauna works perfectly, which is a big plus. I also really appreciate that you can purchase fresh, ready-made meals on-site. I train with coach Dmytro, and he is amazing — a true professional who really knows his craft.
The gym is an amazing place with top-notch equipment. It’s never too crowded, so you can get your workouts done in a timely manner. Everyone there is super friendly, making it a great place to work out.
Everything you’d want in a gym for any bodybuilding or powerlifting enthusiasts. Nothing else in NYC comes close. As an ex-resident of Las Vegas, this reminds me a lot of LVAC and is similar to any serious bodybuilding gym outside of NYC - full range of free weights: barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, several benches and power racks - dedicated powerlifting room they call “the pit” with all the equipment you’d need (including chalk) - extensive range of machines: hammer strength staples, cable machines and more - plenty of cardio stations: treadmill, stairmaster, cycling, rowing, standing row, ellipticals - amenities: sauna, ice plunge, red light therapy, tanning booth and bodybuilding posing room. 10/10. When I toured this gym I joined instantly. I’ve been in nyc for over a year and have been dying for something like this to open up.
Love this place. Late nights are bliss for me. All the machines that you could ever want to use. Been waiting for a 24/7 for the longest, and was hoping one showed up soon, and it has! Btw the smoothies are top notch, go see Alex! Been getting one almost every night. :)
l’ve been to almost all gyms in NYC, this one rules. Super friendly staff, real deal weightlifting machines. A bunch of friendly gym goers that are super fit and always open to share training knowledge. 24 hours access!
