Love this gym so so much!! I've been going here for 2 years and I wish I wasn't moving because I'm going to miss it. It was truly like a second home to me and I felt so comfortable going here especially as a woman. Everyone is truly here to work out, people mind their own business. Debbie is so great and so welcoming. You can tell this is her baby and she makes sure that everything is running smoothly and in it's place. The girl at the front desk in the mornings is also super sweet. I didn't do a training session with Derek but he's also very nice and you can tell he cares about the people he is training. This gym has everything you need and I'm honestly surprised it's not a more busy gym. I highly recommend this gym. It has everything you need and great equipment!
If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I stopped by on Christmas Day for a day pass & was met with Deborah the owner. She was very sweet & showed me around the place. The machines are great as majority are free weight machines. The people that go are serious about working out & are not constantly on their phones as other gyms. The staff are very friendly & keep the gym constantly clean & neat. All in all I highly recommend this gym. I got a membership the same day & you should to!
I wanted to wait at least 5–7 months before writing a review to give an honest and well-rounded opinion. I can confidently say there’s not a single negative thing about this gym. The staff is incredibly friendly, the space is always spotless, and the machines are top-quality and well maintained. More importantly, the members are respectful and keep the place clean, which makes it feel like a small, welcoming community :) I highly, highly recommend this gym. My only hope is that it doesn’t get too crowded. One of the main reasons I’ve stayed is because it’s never overly packed.
One of my favorite gyms in Queens. Has a lot of great machines and the staff are really friendly. The locker room and bathroom are clean. Space is small, but you’ll get a good workout in. A day pass is $20 with card.
This gym is easily my #1 choice as a home base, thanks to the outstanding management. Debbie welcomed me into the club with open arms, and her genuine thoughtfulness and kindness make all the difference. She truly cares about the members, ensuring everyone is well-supported and comfortable. The level of maintenance she upholds is remarkable. Everything is always in top shape, clean, sanitized, and well cared for. It’s amazing to have such a fantastic gym just blocks away from home!
