I had an excellent physical therapy experience under the care of Jaclyn Marry, PT, DPT. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Jaclyn took the time to listen carefully, explain the treatment plan clearly, and tailor each session to my specific needs. Her approach is thoughtful and effective, and I felt genuine improvement as the therapy progressed. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone seeking high-quality physical therapy care.

I absolutely love this place. This is my 3rd time going to Professional physical therapy in Long Beach. First time it was after a simple surgery. My 3rd time after a serous aaccident with multiple injuries. Bridget was treating me each time. She was always able to schedule and or accommodate my appointments. If she wasn't available other therapist took over. They all collaborate and know all patients by name. All of these therapists Wendy, Miles, Cesar, Youssef and Amamda work together as a team. They create programs for each patient based on their needs. Together they brainstorm to make sure the therapy fully benefits each client. Scheduling appointments is easy. Charmaine at the front desk or any therapist is willing to make sure that patients are on regular schedule. We get text messages reminders. The progress is monitored not by measuremts only but also based on self assessment. The whole team is very professional, courteous, accommodating, willing to push you to your maximum potential. I love how staff is creative with the exercises/ stretches making sure the healing process is on the right path. They always listen to your feedback and adjust the program based on that. There is always a positive atmosphere, everyone says hello, patients feel welcome. Staff is always asking how you're feeling and ask for updates from a doctor so they can modify the programs for their patients. I highly recommend this PT Professional Physcal Therapy in Long Beach. ♥️

After extremely positive results from shoulder surgery rehab earlier this year, I am lucky to work together again with Professional PT on recent hip rehab. My workouts are tailored specifically to my needs, pushing me as needed to get back to my active lifestyle. Although I have the option to work with the same therapist all the time, the entire staff coordinates with my progress schedule, so I feel very confident with whom I may be working with that particular day. I recommend Professional Physical Therapy of Long Beach for the genuine caring for the success of their clients! Thank you!!

A big thank you to the whole team at Professional especially Jaclyn, Randy, Yousef, Nate, Wendy and Miles. After tearing my MCL I chose PT at professional and it was 100 % the best decision I could've made for my recovery. Jaclyn & the rest of the team are extremely welcoming, informative & motivating all at the same time and the collaboration between everyone makes Professional feel like a family. Even on the days where you really don't want to do PT the whole staff gives you a big morale boost and reminds you that you’re being productive and helping improve yourself and your recovery. If you need a place for PT in LB and on the south shore in general this is the place to be and a big thank you to everyone again. -Nick

★★★★★ A few years ago I tore my ACL playing football and chose Professional PT for rehab – easily the best decision I ever made! Everyone was super friendly and truly knew ACL recovery inside out. Wendy and Randy were amazing, started me slow to reduce swelling, then built my strength with smart, tough exercises that got me back on the field safely. My PT always explained everything, checked my form, and pushed me just the right amount. The clinic is clean, never overcrowded, and they worked perfectly around my school schedule. I actually came back two months ago for a different reason and the team is still incredible. Bridget runs everything like a pro, Miles has magic hands and perfect programming, Jac is thorough and caring, Robyn fixes problems fast, Amanda (OT) is gentle yet super effective, and Yusef is awesome too. Wendy and Randy are still just as great! Monisha and Charmaine at the front desk always answer quickly, know me by name, handle insurance without hassle, and send reminder texts. Everyone here is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares. Hands-down the best PT clinic around – highly recommend!
