PT plus has been a lifeline for me. Before I started working out at PT plus, I was very self conscious and was constantly questioning the way my body looked. Seeing pictures of myself made me cringe, especially after having babies. I felt uncomfortable in my own skin but I also knew I just needed to find the right environment that would help me get started. Having a trainer has been the best investment I’ve made for myself as a busy mom and massage therapist. Gaining the muscle and strength has only made me excel in my work, and my oldest son is now a “gym rat” largely because he saw how happy the gym made me, the confidence it gave me and the friends I’ve made in my gym community. It is something I look forward to and I am proud of myself that even during some very hard chapters of life; I’ve stuck with the gym and I know it’s only added value to my life. There is nothing but good that comes from consistency at the gym, having a great trainer who holds you accountable and pushes you. All while gaining some lifelong friends along the way. I couldn’t imagine my life without PT plus in it. I am so so thankful.

I've been working with Keith on nutrition for weight loss since February and could not recommend a better trainer. Keith and all the trainers at PT Plus are knowledgeable and encouraging. I started working out there about 9 months ago with very little experience in strength training. Keith evaluated me and listened to my personal goals and I honestly have never been in better shape in my whole life. My body composition completely changed and I got stronger and more confident! Great place to workout and train! I’ve been going consistently for about 4 months and have already hit my weight goal. I feel strong and the healthiest I’ve been in 5 years. The trainers and fellow members are all very friendly and supportive. You can be trained individually or do your own thing while they check in on you. I highly recommend PT+ to anyone who’s tired of the commercial gyms and ready to join a community of friendly, active people.
