Clean and looking new. No staff on duty on my visit, but other gym members showed me what I needed to know. Two levels down stairs and an upstairs level too. Plenty of kit to meet all needs.

Taken payments fr bank after saying to cancel and blocking merchant, somehow they managed to get in my bank and take money anyway. They're frauds I would avoid at all costs! The gym is so busy cannot even get a decent workout, not enough equipment.

Nice gym with friendly staff. Spacious and very well equipped. The sanitary level is high. A very popular place with gym goers.

Too cramped and small with no Class area to do mobility work. Lighting set up is also absurd an impractical - I have never been to a gym where any lying vertical press is made impossible by the tens of large 140w lights blinding you, wherever you decide to perform the movement. Gave a bonus star due to availability of Belt Squat and Perfect Squat Machines.

This is a great place to train, vaste and varied equipment, fully renovated with some great new pieces of kit. But the most impressive part about this gym is the staff. So helpful, whether it be training advice, nutrition, they're always happy to help. Aaron, Lucy, John and everyone else working their go the extra mile for their members and it shows in the great atmosphere the place has. Check it out, you won't regret it 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
