So far having the worst experience with this place, and I haven't even visited the place yet. I have had to wait over a month for someone to get back to me, after 7 email exchanges to try and book in and now been told I can't. Asked for my voucher details 3 times, after I emailed them asking if someone was going to get mack to me, as it had been 5 days and apparently they back to you within 72 hrs. They asked me for my details again which I had provided 3 times, was told someone would call me after I was asked for a contact number no one did. Looking at the reviews there have been many comments about rude staff and poor customer service. Which makes complete sense now with the experience I am having. I have been given yet another email address to send my complaint too lol.....I'm just totally fed up at this point. I would give 0 starts if I could...I don't recommend this place, based on how they deal with paying customers.

Unfortunately Alton Towers is more relaxing than this place Cons - dark and cramped changing room - pool area only had 8 loungers available, 6 of which were empty but reserved with towels so we had to ask reception to remove some so we could sit down - no music playing so the god awful mechanical screeching of the jacuzzi was our only background music - no phones rule ignored by everyone Pros - reception staff were lovely and very understanding We left after 20 mins because we couldn’t justify spending £160 (!!!!!) for an afternoon. However, I will be recommending this place to my ex

Have attended this spa on multiple occasions for the twilight spa evening. They have complimentary juices available and provide robes and slippers. The spa is reasonable if you are able to get on offer. There is more luxurious spas available if you don’t mind spending an extra £15. However this is quick and easy and an overall “nice” experience. The jacuzzi on the balcony is the best part. Besides the sauna and steam room and pool there isn’t anything else going on here.
