Booked the spa day with afternoon tea included. Lovely modern place with a brilliant outdoor jacuzzi, heated tiled sunbeds and clean facilities. The only downside was the size of the ladies changing rooms. Was wayyyyyyy too small and caused so much stress for the ladies cramped into it. 25 minute massage 15-20 minutes not the full 25 or anywhere near which was a shame as the lady doing my massage was lovely and very talented. Just those few minutes cut short felt unfair. Afternoon tea was lovely with a beautiful view! Definetly worth the visit....

Lovely relaxing spa. We enjoyed as part of our stay at the Genty hotel. Sauna, steam room , pool jacuzzi. Work was being done but this didn't effect our visit. Nice selection of drinks , highly recommend a visit

My wife and I visited Santai Spa today using a pre-booked and confirmed gift voucher. The experience started off poorly when the receptionist asked us to pay before we even mentioned the voucher, which should have been noted from our booking confirmation. This felt unprofessional and caused unnecessary confusion. The spa itself feels like it needs significant renovation. While some areas were under maintenance, this didn’t impact us much, but the overall environment—including the lockers and changing rooms—was below the expected standard for a spa at this price level. We were required to sign a notice that mobile phones are not allowed, yet we noticed many guests using their phones around the facility, showing rules aren’t well enforced. The outdoor hot tub has a maximum capacity of six people at a time, and during busy periods, guests should ideally limit their time to 15 minutes to allow others to enjoy it. Unfortunately, this was not the case; at one point, more than six people crowded the hot tub, indicating that staff and guests are not respecting the rules. The massage treatment was okay but lasted only 20 minutes instead of the promised 25. The sauna and steam room were fine for what they were. We were supposed to have complimentary parking, but when validating the ticket, the receptionist hadn’t applied the discount, so we had to pay for parking ourselves. On a positive note, the outdoor hot tub has a lovely view and the water temperature was a comfortable 36 degrees. Overall, the spa needs better management and maintenance. Disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on today’s visit.

Lovely spa and an enjoyable day. We had use of the spa for four hours, a fabulous massage,and a two course lunch in the Sky bar. Everything was great, but these little tweeks, in my opinion, would make it a great experience. Extra loungers were needed as they are taken very quickly. Hooks on the back of toilet doors would have been useful as nowhere to hang towels or robe when going to the toilet. Brighter lighting in ladies for applying make-up would have been nice and a better hairdryer. Bags for wet swimwear in the changing rooms. All in all a lovely day out.

My sister surprised me with an incredible spa package at Santai Spa, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The package included full spa access, a 30-minute massage, and lunch at Sky Bar—all for a fantastic price. From the moment we arrived, everything was well thought out. We were provided with bathrobes, towels, and slippers, and we also had access to complimentary drinks, which added a perfect touch to the experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the 30-minute massage we received from two lovely ladies working on the 4th of February. I, unfortunately, didn’t catch their names, but the massage was the best we’ve ever had. My back massage was done by a Black lady, and wow—her passion for her work was undeniable. I could feel the dedication in every movement, and I walked out of that session feeling like a completely new person. It was truly an unforgettable experience!
