I've been going to Alaya for a Hollywood wax for a long time now. She's brilliant, always very professional, wears gloves, tells you what she's going to do next and makes sure you're happy with the results. We chat throughout so its like seeing an old friend. Nothing is too much trouble, very gentle and caring. I have recommended her to friends.

She took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly, and I could really tell how much care she put into her work. On top of that, she’s such a kind and lovely person, which made the whole experience really comfortable and easy. Hands down one of the best, (if not the best) waxes I’ve ever had.
