Was in town for a few days and needed to train. The gym had everything I needed and I had a great time getting my training in. Owner is amazing and answered my questions whenever I had any trouble. Would 1000% come back next time I’m in town!

Best place for physical exercises. They have all type of equipment needed for training and practice related with weight lifting. There are equipment sor cardio exercises also. The facility is open 24 hours and you will find the equipment available almost any time you want, it makes this facility unique and desirable. The fee is monthly, without obligation to continue and no hidden fees.

Worked out at Shark City Barbell Gym while out in Norfolk. Andre was quick at responding and has created an awesome atmosphere to workout in with great equipment and plenty of space!

Amazing gym. I was only in the area for a month, but I loved it here! Great equipment, very kind and welcoming people. Andre the owner/coach helped show me how to use the equipment I wasn't familiar with and also helped me with my lifts. Was able to move more weight in a day than I have in the past couple years. Would recommend to anyone!
