My son has been boxing at Sir Boxing Gym since he was 7 years old. He is 13yrs now and boxing here has helped him manage his weight, stay focused and also has given him a boost in confidence. I recommend this gym to everyone from kids to adults.

They actually teach you how to box. The trainers are knowledgeable and focus heavily on proper form, technique, and footwork. I've improved more in one month here than in a year elsewhere. The coaches take the time to give individual attention and feedback.
