Respectful & professional staff. I used to walk over 30 minutes to this gym everyday, it was worth it since everything you really need for cardiovascular and strength-based fitness is here in my opinion. The people in this gym are pleasant to be around since everyone here is chill and disciplined. 5/5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent facility, all kinds of equipment, in good condition. Staff is nice, doing a great job. Pool is great; huge south-facing windows. Brand new sauna with appropriate how-to-sauna guidelines. Everybody is welcome. Has towel service. Friendly, quiet atmosphere. Idea: pool might be even nicer as saltwater. Similar cost of operation?
