I did my 200hr YTT with SoulSpeak last year and loved each and every second of it. It was clear from the start that the training had been crafted to perfection and fostered such an inclusive space for aspiring teachers to learn, unlearn, grow and transform. I felt supported every step of the way and appreciated the various teachers and mentors I had access to. They truly cared and personalized the experience and various learning styles so thoughtfully. The facilitators and fellow students became family very quickly and the beautiful training centre nestled in the jungle in Costa Rica (Anamaya Resort) was a home away from home. I am so grateful for beginning by yoga teaching journey with SoulSpeak - my cup is still overflowing with magic, love and appreciation for the experience.

SoulSpeak is Ottawa’s hidden gem studio! I started attending classes about a year ago when I was trying different intro months in my area before I chose a studio; needless to say, I didn’t end up trying any others after my time at SoulSpeak! It is such a fantastic studio and community that has something for everyone. You can find everything from relaxed yin classes to intense flows and fun mat Pilates classes—and now they’ve even expanded their schedule and class selection to strength and breath work classes! I have tried many studios throughout Canada (even having lived in two different provinces) and, to me, nothing comes close to SoulSpeak. For new studio-goers, make sure you try out all the different classes when you get started because they are all unique and it can take some time to find your fit, and don’t skip out on the small talk in the couch area, the staff and community are so kind and open!

I absolutely love this yoga studio! I just started attending earlier this year and the staff are incredibly kind and supportive. Truly one of my favourite places to just recharge and relax. I definitely recommend!

A MUST-Go if you are in the area! This yoga studio is open to all levels and is a very welcoming space. Staff is always friendly and the studio is very clean. Would recommend to all friends and family!
