I’m new to Ottawa from Vancouver and met Katie (spin instructor) through local friends. She invited me to her spin classes and I absolutely LOVE them. Snow in November is foreign to me and being able to come and enjoy Katie’s upbeat fun spin classes is saving my sanity one ride at a time! I’ll be signing up for a permanent membership this week to keep the momentum and positive vibes going. Highly recommend ride with Katie, she’s kind and really fun. ♥️
This place is the rarest of gems: a fitness centre that truly welcomes everyone. From the moment you walk in, the energy is upbeat, positive, and completely free of judgment. The staff are warm and genuinely kind, and the instructors are motivating, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Whenever I’m in Ottawa, I make a point to drop in to keep up with my cycling fitness, and their spin classes never disappoint. But what’s really remarkable is how well these classes work for everybody. I’ve seen people who are brand new to spin right alongside more seasoned riders, and everyone gets what they need from the experience. The vibe is encouraging, supportive, and fun. You can go at your own pace, but if you want to push yourself, you’ll absolutely have the space to do that too. Even though I'm typically just passing through, doing a few classes while I'm in town, it's the kind of place that makes me feel like a regular, a local, and right at home.
I was holiday in Ottawa for 2.5 weeks so signed up to the 2 week New Client Special and I’m so glad I did. Everyone from the teachers to the front desk team were so welcoming, I’d never done Barre or a cycle class before but I felt so looked after and accommodated for. Looking forward to my next class when I’m back in town!
Finished my two week introduction at where I thrive which is in itself a gift at only $50! I enjoyed every class which included weight training, barre, restorative yoga, spin classes. Staff and trainers are all so welcoming. Highly recommend this exercise space if you're looking for variety in your workout!
