The Universe provides!!! I came to Winston Salem for the birth of my second grandchild. I knew that it would be hectic and I would need a place to ground. After some research, I came upon Sunrise Yoga and decide to get a month unlimited classes package. That was the best decision I could have made! Sunrise Yoga is one of the best I have experienced. The teachers are very well trained and pleasant, the lesson plans are to the point and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I shall definitely be going back whenever I come to visit . Thank you for Being!

I joined in January and I adore being a member of this studio! There are is a good variety of classes that accommodate students of any level. The instructors are all excellent at guiding you through poses, help you correct/adjust poses and always have an encouraging word/affirmation (they all have a great sense of humor too which I know isn't necessarily relevant but humor is always a big plus in my book) The other students are also kind and open so it makes for a positive/warm environment all around. The studio also gives back to the community in many ways which is also another huge plus to me. I would encourage anyone who is interested in Sunrise Yoga Studio take a class (they usually have an offer for new members, which is what I did). It's easily one of my best decisions this year =)

Sunrise Yoga Studio is the best yoga studio around! If you are really interested in learning yoga, this is the place for you. The instructors are engaging and knowledgeable and the studio owner, Valerie, is amazing. Her level of knowledge is unmatched in the Winston-Salem area. The fellow students are also great. This is a very friendly, warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I attended my first yoga class at Sunrise Yoga Studio in October 2018 and I am so glad I did! Sunrise is such a wonderful studio to practice and grow at...no matter where you are at on your yoga journey! All of the staff and instructors are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive. The studio is always clean and inviting. With a large variety of classes and times offered throughout the week, there truly is something for everyone! I love Sunrise!

Sunrise Yoga has been one of the great gifts of my life. I began taking yoga classes at Sunrise Yoga Studio ten years ago due to an illness. What kept me coming back was there was never a time when I walked out of yoga class that I didn't feel better than when I walked in. Sunrise Yoga offers many different levels of classes for all to benefit and walk away feeling better. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and with the best instructors. Each instructor is unique and talented in their own way and provide safe, insightful information for each class. Give yourself a gift and come to Sunrise Yoga Studio.

Located at 139 W Ninth St in Winston-Salem, Aware Hot Yoga offers a warm, inviting space for hot yoga and hot Pilates. The friendly staff makes practitioners feel seen, and the studio is consistently described as spotless. With diverse class times and instructors like Ann, Jen, and Lillian, it’s a welcoming community that supports consistency and growth, with showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
