Sushi Sora is one of the higher-end sushi restaurants in Calgary, and it absolutely delivers on that reputation. I highly recommend making a reservation, as this is not a place that’s always easy to get into. The food is exceptionally high quality and prepared to perfection. Each dish showcases a great balance of flavours, with careful attention to freshness, texture, and presentation. It’s clear that precision and craftsmanship are central to everything that comes out of the kitchen. Service is truly top notch—very friendly, attentive, and exactly what you’d expect from a higher-end dining experience. The staff make you feel welcomed and well looked after without being intrusive. The atmosphere is posh and thoughtfully designed, with a refined yet relaxed elegance that elevates the entire experience. The restaurant itself is cozy and immaculately clean, making it an ideal setting for a couples’ night out or a more intimate evening.
