This gym is nothing short of amazing! It is clean, well equipped, and filled with great people (employees and gym members). Everyone I have encountered at the gym is friendly and helpful. The classes are taught by great instructors, especially the Pilates classes. I tried Pilates at other studios prior to joining this gym and did not have the best experiences. I was honestly a little hesitant about trying Pilates again. Flash forward 2 months after joining the gym and I am hooked! The Pilates instructors whose classes I have attended (David, Dayana, Andi) are well versed in their trade and they provide great feedback. Other classes offered are spin and group training classes. All the classes are small and feel like you are getting a personal training session. The gym also offers a variety of recovery equipment that is practically brand new and readily available to use. I normally do not enjoy “big” gyms, but The Athletic Club has changed my mind. I can’t recommend The Athletic Club (and their classes) enough!

I brag about this place to anyone who brings up the word “gym”. The staff is so friendly I could be in a terrible mood, not wanting to workout, and they turn my attitude around. They have plenty of workout equipment, I’ve never had to wait to use anything. Locker rooms are always clean, with showers, and a dry sauna. They’ve got workout classes, yoga, and Pilates. Recovery? They’ve got that covered too. Oh and the views from the weight room UGHHH so pretty!! Great crowd too, members are respectful of both the equipment and others. I could go on and on and on, but it’s better to just go in and see for yourself.

The gym is fantastic; they have a wide variety of machines and the facilities are clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. It's definitely a great place.

Where do I begin? I have visited gyms across the globe and can unequivocally say that The Athletic Club in Denver is second to none. From the moment you walk in, you realize that this place is special. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and the facilities are state of the art. This place has so many great things going for it that there are too many to list here. Just a few: 1. Super clean and well organized 2. Top of the line fitness equipment 3. Everything perfectly organized on the gym floor for easy access and ease of use. 4. Experienced trainers who themselves are in great shape so they obviously live the life as well as teaching it. 5. Awesome locker rooms I could go on and on but suffice it to say, if we end up moving to the Denver area, I am 1000% joining this gym along w the rest of my family. Well done everyone!!

Great environment! Clean, plenty of equipment and the GAGE class keeps you moving! The locker room is spacious and towel service is good. Added plus is the hydro massage and red light therapy or sauna to help with recovery! Whether your here for business or looking for a new gym THE Athletic Club is the place to get your workout in!
