They took my baby straight to the back when we arrived all the staff was amazing friendly and cared about my baby. Came out and talked to me and actually listened to me made the phone call to my veteran so I didn't have to. Just all the way around a wonderful place if you need to take your fur baby to an ER

My cat was seen at this facility. The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke. They kept you informative about your furbaby. The pricing was a little high, however, they were very accurate with my cat diagnosis, and when it came to his care

My cat, Claude Monet, has an infection in his face. I called around and finally decided on Thrive. They were wonderful! They took their time with him and told me treatment options and were very understanding when I turned down the MRI. Considering it was Sunday, the price was pretty reasonable

If you are looking for a place to take your pet in for a minor illness or injury, I highly recommend Thrive! I took my 20 year old, elderly cat in on Sunday 11/09/2025 to get checked out for a skin infection on her belly. The staff, nurses, and doctors were so kind and made us and our kitty feel comfortable. I felt that she was in good hands. All suggested treatments were explained to us and they were very transparent about the cost of different options, which we greatly appreciated. Within a couple hours our kitty was given her procedure to help clean her infection and we were sent home with her prescribed medications. She is doing very well since her visit a couple days ago and we will bring our pets here for any future needs!

My dog suddenly got paralyzed. Thrive doesn't need an appointment, so we went there. Doctor Melissa was great. Professional and empathetic. She prescribed my dog some meds and 4 days later he slowly started to walk!!! It truly was a miracle. I'm forever grateful to Thrive stuff for everything.
