I wish I could give Triad Pilates six stars. Shanley is an excellent (and hilarious!) teacher. She sticks with the structure of a classical pilates class, but adds just enough variation that you never get the same class twice. Shanley is also a great motivator. She tailors every class to the students in the room and is quick to give appropriate modifications for any injuries. Her classes are challenging and fun!!
