Phenomenal Urgent Care Center!! Extremely clean, well staffed & organized. Dr Chinn performed several tests, & was able to identify my specific flu strain. She was comprehensive with my exam, a good listener, & most of all, empathetic. Thank you Dr. Chinn & UW Medicine for your high standards in providing premiere patient care !

I went to the website and ‘Got in Line’. Great system and I got a time to be there. Saves a lot of time. Waited a little while then was seen. The nurse and doctor were great, friendly and helpful. Had some X-rays taken and the staff there were dry good. Got a diagnosis and headed home. Love the Urgent Care because I knew I didn’t need to use the ER. Saves a lot of time! Good docs here.

I still think about the time I went in with extreme pain and unexplained symptoms, got a wonderful, female nurse practitioner who saw fluid backed up behind my eardrum and prescribed me antibiotics, and when the pain didn't fade after finishing them I went back (my PCP was not reachable, I did try her multiple times) and the male doctor was like "Nurse practitioners make stuff up. They're not really that professional." and I had to be like no, I felt the wetness in my ear. It definitely was there. Average UW experience tbh. I was so incredibly sick for months afterwards that I couldn't follow up with a complaint or anything like that, but that was the last time I went here and I left the UW system as soon as I was able.

I had a great experience at this urgent care clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. I was seen quickly, and everything was explained clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The provider took the time to listen and made sure my concerns were addressed. I truly appreciate the care and compassion shown and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing prompt, quality care.

The rooms are not sound proof. While waiting for the doctor in my assigned room with the door closed. I heard a very painful procedure in the room next door. I could hear every word and sound. I heard the painful moaning, diagnosis, and doctor’s advice, she was speaking at a normal voice level. The urgent care doctors are pretty good but this experience was not. I do not want to hear others health information.
