Seems like John only wants beginners flowing in and out of here, has no real experience being a corner coach, this place is for people who just finished work and want a HIIT workout nothing more. Sparring is only once a week, John is picky and biased, this gym is only for beginners.

Great gym, the trainers all are very nice and friendly, they take the time to explain the technique while pushing your limits and getting you on shape. Classes are demanding but fun too. Very good vibe overall. 100% trying it.

An incredibly welcoming, supportive, and engaging gym. The teachers are thoughtful, experienced, and dedicated. The environment is inviting for newcomers (and more experienced fighters who you’ll see in and out daily). It’s easy to feel self-conscious starting from the bottom, but the staff is so supportive and the classes are so incredibly well paced and instructive, it’s a great place to come into and learn. Shoutout to Freddy, Kristian, and Justin for all the guidance, insight, and advice they’ve given this newcomer 🙏

Incredible boxing gym. From Mark at the front desk to John, the owner, this place has it dialed in. Fully equipped, warm, welcoming. Classes are a mixture of HIIT and boxing technique. Easy to drop in. They have wraps and gloves waiting for you. Facilities are beautiful and clean. They offer everything from intro to pro development. Visit this place, drop in, buy a membership. Not only did I get a kick ass workout for an hour, but the owner spent additional time helping me navigate where to go in Princeton for my daughter's college tours. A true gentleman! Thank you, John!
