Willard did our HVAC and sold us on the monthly service if we signed up that day and provided my credit card for auto debit. I did just that. Was told the service would move us to the front of the line with no service fee. Called today for service and was asked if we could wait until Monday. That unfortunately was not going to work as we cannot cook due to drain being backed up. Over promised and under delivered. Please do not sell this service if you are unable to follow through. You manage to debit my account each month with no issues. We have had to call another service and they will be here in 30 minutes. No service fee and they have a drain cleaning special. I have cancelled that service immediately. Not going to pay for a service that cannot be provided. We really liked Willard, but when it came to honoring your commitment, you failed.

Jose Ramos did an outstanding job running a new electrical circuit and installing our EV charger. His workmanship was excellent, the installation was clean and professional, and everything was completed efficiently. He clearly knows his craft and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Jose to anyone needing electrical work done.

Ronaldis from Willard was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. He did great work and cleaned up the areas when he was finished. 10/10 would have him back for future work!

Thomas was great very informative and quick. To be honest, I like to do the work around my house myself I think $500 just to replace a faucet that I had to go purchase the faucet at Home Depot which was 200.00 was a little steep for my pockets. We paid a little over 800.00. That was a lot to change the faucet out. 🫣😂 I would recommend this company to someone that does not do their own repairs. But I would recommend them to price check. To be honest the only thing I did not do was price check with others around. Before making my decision. Please price check before going with any company to make repairs. I was work and had a lot going on. 🤦🏾‍♀️.

Art was fantastic! After having another company falsely diagnose our heater issue, Art thoroughly inspected our unit and found the cause - a spot on our unit’s computer that overheated and no longer functioned properly. Hard to spot with the naked eye! Art was personable and efficient. We will definitely use Willard for future HVAC needs.
