I highly recommend Meg as an individual therapist and a eco therapy group leader. She is a genuine soul who brings a deep sense of care and connection to her work, the land, and her community. I participated in her Rewilding Therapy Group which benefited me personally and professionally by allowing space for mindfulness, reflection, and presence.

I had an amazing experience as part of Meg's first Rewilding Therapy group. The 8 weeks were split between online meetings and meetings in various natural spots in Austin. The experience was profound and I reconnected with nature and felt a sense of belonging in the group. I highly recommend her!

Meg led a workshop on hope through hopeless times for the CEC. It was a wonderful time to reflect on what brings us joy and how we’re feeling with the current political climate. Meg created a safe and supportive atmosphere for us to share!

Meg is such a kind, approachable, and humble therapist. We worked together for one of her stepparent support groups, and even though the group has long stopped meeting regularly, the connections made during our time together are long-lasting. Meg created an incredibly supportive environment so that we all felt comfortable to go really deep really quickly. She has an impeccable ability to make you feel at ease, even when you're experiencing a difficult moment. Her encouragement and mega-watt smile got me through many challenging moments, and I am forever grateful for my time with her. For anyone going through the stepparenting journey, I would highly recommend her group!

Meg is a deeply thoughtful and compassionate person who brings a warm and welcoming presence to her work. I've witnessed her enthusiasm, care, and spacious energy while working through challenging and emotionally charged topics like climate change and systemic racism and injustice. She skillfully pairs knowledge of the macro level issues with caring attention to the ways they manifest for each of us in our personal stories.
