I wanted to take a quick moment and thank Brooke at yoga life, studio, South Edmonton Common. Being an absolute beginner to yoga, I had a number of questions and she was able to answer them easily, warmly, and personably. After asking my questions, I departed the Yogalife studio, feeling welcomed, comfortable, and ready to discover yoga as a means to increasing some flexibility which I have lost over time. To Brooke, thank you very much. To the owners of Yogalife, good job; You found that sweet spot of personability that’s so many person to person businesses seek. Hang onto this young lady, Brooke. She is a keeper.

I love this studio. The classes are wonderful, and I really like the instructors. They do a great job at making the environment as relaxing as possible. I can't give 5 stars, as the price for drop ins/ multi class passes keeps increasing and the time you have to use them keeps decreasing. As someone who only does yoga occasionally, I wish the expiry date for passes was more lenient.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and it’s been really nice! The instructors are friendly and welcoming and there are classes available for all levels. I would love to see this studio offer more variety of classes in the evening. Lots of people work a 9-5. And while flow classes and yin are great I would love to see more hatha, strength building or pilates classes offered in the evenings. As another review mentioned, it would be refreshing to offer a cold towel after finishing a hot session as well.

I’ve been going to Yoga Life for over a year now, and it’s been a great experience. The instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable, and the studio has a calm, inviting vibe. I especially enjoy the Hot Flow in a dark room and Pilates classes, they’re challenging, energizing, and always leave me feeling refreshed. Yoga Life has become an important part of my weekly routine, and I highly recommend it.
